Why did you choose Tower Hill?
With Tower Hill’s history in Florida, carrier strength, and claim payout history, we knew they were a top contender to write with. I look at putting our clients with a carrier who they can have a long-term relationship with and know if something does happen, they will be there to take care of them. You are trusting one of your greatest assets with someone to protect it and those things matter.
How do you fulfill our promise to provide excellent service with compassion and empathy?
Insurance is not a simple thing yet is one of the most important items someone can have. I take the time to go through the coverage, deductibles, and the policy so someone understands exactly what they are getting. Too many times, I have asked a potential client if someone explained their coverages and they tell me they had not. I find it very rewarding to create relationships with people that span over years. I speak to them as if I was insuring my own home while giving them straightforward advice.
Describe a time when you brought a customer peace of mind.
About seven years ago, I wrote a client’s high value home with Tower Hill after their previous carrier had left Florida. We spent quite a great deal of time going over the coverages, Tower Hill Insurance’s standing in the insurance industry, and of course the overall premium. A month after I wrote the policy, the insured called me in a panic as a pipe had burst in the kitchen, causing extensive water damage to the interior of the home. Of course, they had so many concerns and questions since they had just started the policy. I told them, of all the carriers I deal with, I couldn’t be any more confident in a company to take care of everything and make them good as new. That right there shows how great of a company Tower Hill is and what insurance is about.
