To best serve our customers and Exchange members impacted by Hurricane Helene, we have established a catastrophe (CAT) response center at the Department of Financial Services Insurance Village Site.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: Due to the impending threat of what is currently TD14, the Florida Department of Financial Services will be closing down the Pinellas County Insurance Village at 5pm Saturday, 10/5. and cancelling the Sunday (10/6) event.
Tower Hill representatives will be on-site to assist customers and members in filing claims and answering any questions. This location is scheduled to be open on the following dates and times:*
- Friday, October 4th, from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday, October 5th, from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, October 6th, from 9:00 a.m. till 5:00 p.m.
*Location and hours are subject to change based on direction from the Florida Department of Financial Services.
