Well as we discussed last week, we could see some energy pinch off of a passing low and dip into the Gulf.
The GFS is the main model promoting this and seems to have some faith in its spinning up in the next 5-10 days. The other models show more of an unorganized mess bringing lots of rain to the Gulf Coast. We still have a lot of time to watch it, but we have seen other instances like this in the past. Yup. Remember Hurricane Barry 2019? Well, Google it now. I’ll wait…….. CRAZY right?

Many say that history repeats itself, so keep an eye on this incognito resurrection of Barry. For now, there’s not a ton of support for a Barry Part Deux, but definitely worth watching since the Gulf is on the Go….
